I’m a Senior Product and UX Designer at Year Up United and a CXO Consultant at Oxperience, leading cross-functional design work across globally distributed teams. I guide products from early concept through production and growth, partnering closely with product, engineering, marketing, and executive stakeholders across time zones.

I bring deep experience collaborating with people around the world and work fluently in English and Spanish, helping teams build clarity, trust, and alignment.

Previously, I was Director of Product and Design at American Public Education, Inc. (APEI), leading experience across a multi-brand higher education portfolio. APEI has been recognized by TIME and Statista as one of the World’s Top EdTech Companies.

My work at Year Up United has been recognized with a 2025 Brandon Hall Group™ HCM Excellence Award for measurable impact in learning and workforce development.

I also co-founded a boutique UX agency, Tuux Design, to help organizations embed applied UX through hands-on leadership and team mentorship.
